Since the launch of our offer on 24th October 2019 we have installed solar panels on 3 more schools, 2 children’s centres and a Salisbury warehouse, bringing the number of installations to 68 and 11 more schools have agreed to proceed. More schools have agreed to proceed in principle but have not yet signed contracts and we are in early discussions with a number of other schools. As more schools commit to proceed, we will increase the amount we seek to raise.
In our current share offer we are working with Ethex, a not for profit investment platform which makes positive investing easy to understand and easy to do. Your share application will be processed by Ethex on our behalf.

Investments in shares of renewable energy co-operatives and community benefit societies are long term investments to deliver an environmental and social impact as well as a financial return. As with any investment there are risks. Your capital is at risk and may not be readily realisable. Returns are projected, variable, depend on performance and are not guaranteed. Consider all risks before investing. As unregulated share offers, investments do not receive the protection of the Government’s Financial Services Compensation Scheme and investors do not have recourse to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
